Annona ubatubenensis

Annona ubatubenensis is in season from February to March and has a delicious cream-colored pulp that separates easily from the pit. The flavor of the pulp is reminiscent of cherimoya and can be used to make a variety of treats such as juices, ice cream, cakes, and sweets.
