Fruit in the months of February to March. The fruits have tasty cream-colored pulp that easily loosens from the pit. The Flavor of the pulp is very reminiscent of Cherimóia. The pulp can be used to make juices, ice cream, cakes and sweets. The Tree is rare and can not miss in the orchard of a fruit collector and should be part of projects to enrich the biodiversity of areas already reforested.
