Annona neoinsignis, also known as Araticum Cortiça Pinha da Mata, is a highly uncommon species found across the Amazon region to Minas Gerais.
Its fruits, which ripen in April and May, typically measure between 3 to 5 centimeters and contain white pulp with embedded seeds.
