Talisia esculenta has a tropical sweetness that makes it irresistible for fans of soapberry fruits like lychee and rambutan. Although it has less flesh, it still provides a unique taste experience.

The semi-sticky fibers that surround the seeds add a fun texture, eventually I found myself unable to stop eating them all day long due to their addictiveness. Cleaning them can be a bit challenging sometimes.
